The using time is based on your device power, here is the basic formula:
Depth of Discharge(DoD) = 85%
Working Time = xxx Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 300W, working time for your Pecron E1000 will be 1028Wh*0.85/300W=2.9 hrs.

RETURN & REFUND
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging will all pieces intact in resalable condition.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

For returns, please email us at support@pecron.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods.
You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
No! Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. The cost will be reimbursed only if your purchase arrived damaged/faulty.

Yes! But there could be some restrictions on battery for some countries like New Zealand, please contact us before placing your order if you're not sure. And we will bill for any additional freight and customs charges. Delivery time will depend on location and customs clearance.

Shipping outside the US will incur customs fees. The shipping price at checkout will have the additional fees applied directly to the shipping price upfront.
